okay so next time i want to see an improvement in your attitude when she takes us. Instead of thinking 'dammit it's us again...' try thinking 'YAY we dont have to waste our time with Grace who suck at teaching us and have to spend our next session with Mrs Lim because we suck' okay :))

HongKong trip is from 21st to the 25th of June (yeah holiday with choir members what more can we wish for?)
It is $930 for Singaporeans and $1090 for Non-Singaporeans (pls pay in cheque :))
All payments are to be addressed to the school

Please get the cheque ready by Thursday
also please photocopy the first page of your passport (the page with your pweettee face) make sure that everything can be seen clearly

In the beginning of the song, bar 1, i need you all to remember 4 things:
1. take in a deep breath before you start (this implies to any song you sing)
2. from A2s our note is like 'do (A2) ME(us) soh (sops)'
3. breath in to and shape your vowels before you start singing (as the chinese saying goes 'a good beginning is half of succeeding' even though I don't know what the other half is...)
4. be conficent in what you are singing and smile :)))

please support when you sing especially for notes like in bar 4 the A
remember to crescendo from 'p' to 'mf' from bar5 to bar 6
Next:
our 'solo' part Ariwa...
remember it is a new starting we need a new colour!!!
take a quick and intense breath before attempting to sing this part
And rember at bar 17 you have to do a crescendo :))
Next:
at bar 19 please take note it is supido piano (whatever it is spelt as...) we have to go from loud to suddenly soft!!! soft but intense articulate your words clearly like a fart quick, soft but deadly...
Next:
from bar 21 to 24 must crescendo arh...
And at the end of bar 27 must NOT hold the note cut it off immediately it is like cancer cell you have to stop it from growing immediately or you will die....

please sing it more clearly and with more confidence, show everyone that we know the difference :)

the 'za' at the end of bar 58 must be strong and bright because this is another new beginning.Next:

Next time i want you all to bring a pencil or pen with you during sectonals to take note of your mistakes. and remember to booklet that you are suppose to have for choir? yea please use it to write down all the mistakes you have made so that you will remember not to make those mistakes in the next time we sing. I will only post some of the major mistakes.
Anyway continue with ant's summer.
