Hey A1s,

Please remember what mrs Lim said to us yesterday and on monday. I know we are all busy with studies and all (I should be the busiest of all) however, forking out half and hour or so of your time to listen to the recordings, practice, and do your breathing exercise(I bet i am the only one who actually does it DAILY) will NOT kill you. Look, let me put it this way. We aren't exactly the best(in fact the worst) section in the choir and are you not sick of people telling us to 'improve, work harder.. blah blah blah' Don't you all want someone to praise us too? In fact, do you not realise that everytime, when it comes to a song, and other sections have to help us sing because, honestly, we suck without their help, doesn't it make you want to do something about it? Please don't make me feel like I am the only one trying for the entire section. Do you guys actually understand how hard is it that, everytime, I try my hardest to sing correctly, sing well, yet because almost ALL of you are not singing correctly, we ended up singing wrongly, sound sucky, get scolded. And I just feel that all my efforts have gone to waste. Including those people who actually try and sounf good. I don't believe you cannot sing. Most of you sound wrong because you are hardly trying at all. And don't tell me you don't know the proper way of singing. You have been in choir for more than half a year. That is perfectly enough time for you to learn how to sing properly, even if you do not know music.

I cannot change you. Only you can change yourselves. If you are not going to start NOW, we will never improve. Because even if a handful of us are doing the right thing, once ONE person starts to sing wrongly, the whole section, no the whole CHOIR will be ruined.



Are you going to be that 'one' person that ruins the whole choir?



Sidenote: Stop asking me if I am PMSing. If I scold you during choir, it just means I am scolding you. That is the real me. Obviously, you all deserve to be scolded. Hence my scolding. So stop going 'April, are you PMSing?' whenever I scold you. Why, you cannot even be serious when someone is scolding you?
















I am very tired. Really. Please. Change.
